ORDER

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court that Respondent pleaded guilty to violation of 18 U.S.C. §1343 (wire fraud) and 18 U.S.C. §1956(a)(1)(B)(i) (money laundering) in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, in United States of America v. Robert M. Telthorst, Case No. 5:12CR40108-001 on February 19, 2013. Said judgment was amended on October 16, 2013, and said convictions are final;

This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent on July 17, 2015, and Respondent filed a response to said show cause order on July 28, 2015;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Robert M. Telthorst is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this Stat

It is further ordered that Robert M. Telthorst comply in all respects with 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
