In re:

Repeal of subdivision 10.01, entitled "Definitions," of Rule 10, entitled "Non-Partisan Judicial Commissions and Judicial Evaluations," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision 10.01, entitled "Definitions."

1. It is ordered that subdivision 10.01 of Rule 10 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subdivision 10.01 adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:

 
10.01 DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Rule 10, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms and phrases mean:
 

(a) "Commission," any non-partisan judicial commission now or hereafter existing under sections 25(a) to (g) of article V of the Missouri Constitution;

(b) "Member," includes the chairman of a commission, except where otherwise specified;

(c) "Members of the bar in good standing," includes inactive members of the bar;

(d) "Non-partisan court plan," sections 25(a) to (g) of article V of the Missouri Constitution.

2. It is further ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.

3. It is further ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
