In re:

Repeal of subdivision 116.03, entitled "Presentation of Evidence," of Rule 116, entitled "Procedure," and in lieu thereof adoption of a new subdivision 116.03, entitled "Presentation of Evidence." 


1. It is ordered that effective July 1, 2014, subdivision 116.03 be and the same is hereby repealed and a new subdivision 116.03 adopted in lieu thereof to read as follows:
 

116.03 PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE
In any proceeding under subsection 1 of section 211.031, RSMo, if the allegations of the petition or motion to modify are denied, evidence on the petition or motion to modify shall be presented by counsel for the juvenile officer.

2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
 
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
