In re: Approval of Overdraft Regulation pursuant to Rule 4-1.15
1. The attached regulation submitted by the Advisory Committee relating to overdrafts is approved. The committee shall implement the regulation so as to conform to the amendment to Rule 4-1.15 that is to be effective January 1, 2010.
