In re: Adoption of a new Administrative Rule 14.02, entitled "Solemnizing Marriages."


1.  It is ordered that Administrative Rule 14.02 be and the same is hereby adopted, to read as follows:

14.02  Solemnizing Marriages
Any judge, including a municipal judge, may solemnize a marriage at any place within the state of Missouri.  A judge shall not receive any compensation for solemnizing a marriage.

2.  The state courts administrator shall provide copies of this order to every presiding circuit court judge and such other persons as the administrator deem appropriate.
