In re:
Repeal of paragraph 12 of the Regulations of Board of Law Examiners for subdivision 8.08, entitled “The Bar Examination,” of Supreme Court Rule 8, entitled “Admission to the Bar,” and in lieu thereof approval of a new paragraph 12 of the Regulations of Board of Law Examiners for subdivision 8.08, entitled “The Bar Examination.”
ORDER
1. It is ordered that effective November 1, 1998, paragraph 12 of the Regulations of Board of Law Examiners for subdivision 8.08 of Supreme Court Rule 8 be and the same is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof a new paragraph 12 of said Regulation is approved to read as follows:
- 12. An applicant failing to achieve a sufficient scaled score to pass the entire examination on the applicant’s second or subsequent attempt shall sit for both days of any subsequent examination. Any such applicant shall not be permitted to transfer the applicant’s scaled score on the Multistate Bar Examination taken in another jurisdiction.
2. It is ordered that notice of this order be published in the Journal of The Missouri Bar.
3. It is ordered that this order be published in the South Western Reporter.
