Supreme Court Case No. SC95189

In re: Eldon L. Boisseau, MBE No. 40913                               

 

ORDER

 

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for interim suspension informing the Court that Respondent, Eldon L. Boisseau, was found guilty of violation of 26 U.S.C. §7201 in the United States District Court for the District of Kansas, in case no. 14-cr-10180-EFM entitled United States of America, Plaintiff vs. Eldon L. Boisseau, Defendant, and the Court having considered the said information; and
 
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) was issued by this Court on August 12, 2015, and Respondent did not file a response to the same;
 
It is ordered that Respondent, Eldon L. Boisseau be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct that resulted in said convictions.
 
It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall become final.
 
It is further ordered that Eldon L. Boisseau comply in all respect with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
 
Costs taxed to Respondent.
