In Re: William J. Kleinkauf, MBE No. 24323
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, William J. Kleinkauf, pled guilty to violation of 18 U.S.C. §2252A (a)(5)(B) in Case No. 4:10CR00013-001 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and said conviction is now final;
This Court issued as show cause order to Respondent on August 19, 2015, and Respondent filed a response to the same;
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the William J. Kleinkauf be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that William J. Kleinkauf, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
