In re: Spellman P. Robertson, MBE No. 53905
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises and having considered the stipulation and statement of acceptance of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel decision filed by the parties;
The Court finds that Respondent, Spellman P. Robertson, Missouri Bar No. 53905, violated Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct by his conviction of a federal misdemeanor in United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Spellman, Robertson, Defendant, Case No. 08-05008-01-CR-SW-JCE in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, Southwestern Division and should be disciplined.
Upon consideration of these findings, previous decisions of this Court, ABA Standards for Imposing Lawyer Discipline, and aggravating and mitigating circumstances, the Court orders that Respondent, Spellman P. Robertson, is hereby reprimanded.
Fee ordered pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $750.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
