Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement after discipline is sustained, and Petitioner is reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing. Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation are those contained in Rule 5.225 and the terms of probation attached to the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
