Note: Ms. Christiansen's suspension was terminated by order dated October 23, 2012.

ORDER

Now on this 25th day of October 2011, this Court having reviewed the information filed herein pursuant to Rule 5.23(b) and making the findings required by said rule after Respondent waived the required hearing, it is ordered that Respondent's, Amy Marie Christiansen's, license to practice law is suspended until the further order of this Court.

It is further ordered that Respondent, Amy Marie Christiansen, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
