In re: Elizabeth M. Fischer, MBE No. 49269

 

                            

ORDER

 

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for reciprocal discipline pursuant to Rule 5.20 advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Elizabeth M. Fischer’s license was revoked by the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board pursuant to the June 9, 2015, order of that Board in Case No. 14-042-096582, entitled In the Matter of Elizabeth Margaret Fischer.
 
Said discipline was the result of conduct that violated the Virginia Rules of Professional Conduct and said conduct is a violation of Rules 4-3.1, 4-3.3(a)(1), 4-3.3(a)(3), 4-3.4(b), 4-8.1(a), 4-8.1(c), 4-8.4(b) and 4-8.4(c) of the Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct; and
 
On January 15, 2016, this Court issued a show cause order to Respondent and Respondent filed a blank response to the same on February 29, 2016, and a supplemental
response to the same on March 7, 2016;
 
The Court finds that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
 
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the motion for discipline is sustained and that Respondent, Elizabeth M. Fischer, is hereby disbarred, that her right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that her name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

 

It is further ordered that Elizabeth M. Fischer, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

 

Costs taxed to Respondent.
