ORDER

 

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for interim suspension pursuant to Rule 5.24 advising that there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate probable cause that Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of his clients due to his incarceration, and further that Respondent therefore poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public.
 
The Court now being fully advised of and concerning the premises does adjudge that probable cause exists that Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of his clients due to his incarceration, and further that Respondent therefore poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public.
 
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, John Brian Loveless be, and he is hereby, immediately suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Rule 5.24 pending his release from incarceration in the criminal case currently pending against him or final disposition of any disciplinary proceedings that may be brought as a consequence of the conduct described in the information.
 
It is further ordered that Respondent, John Brian Loveless, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
 
Costs taxed to Respondent.
