ORDER

The Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline having filed its findings of fact, conclusions of law and recommendation, Respondent's response thereto, and the stipulation and consent of the Respondent; and

The parties have stipulated and the Court finds that Respondent engaged in misconduct under article V, section 24 of the Missouri Constitution and is in violation of Supreme Court Rule 2, Canons 1 and 2-1.2, 2-1.3, 2-2.10, 2-3.7 and 2-4.1;

Now, Therefore, it is hereby ordered that the Respondent be, and he is hereby reprimanded.
