In re: Connie S. Hood, MBE No. 31469

 

                            

ORDER

 

Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement following suspension for nonpayment of enrollment fees and noncompliance with continuing legal education sustained and Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of eighteen months from the date of this order. Petitioner’s motion to proceed without payment of enrollment fees and penalties and Petitioner’s amended motion to proceed without payment of enrollment fees and penalties overruled.
 
The terms of probation are set forth in Rules 5.225 and the requirement that past due fees and penalties in the amount of $2735.00 be paid in full prior to the expiration of the probation period. Petitioner is ordered reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing subject to the probationary period and requirements referenced herein. In the event probation should be revoked, Petitioner shall be suspended without leave to apply for reinstatement for a period of one year from the date of suspension.
 
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
