ORDER
 
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(d) advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Mark J. Schultz, pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371 on February 10, 2017, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in United States of America, Plaintiff, v. Mark J. Schultz, Defendant, Case No. 4:17-CR-00045—BP1 and said conviction is now final; and

Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law in this State on an interim basis by order of this Court dated May 4, 2017, in SC96305;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by this Court that the said Mark J. Schultz, be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Mark J. Schultz comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
