Court Services Principal Management Analyst I

The Office of State Courts Administrator is recruiting for a Principal Management Analyst I to work in the Court Business Services Division. The analyst has the responsibility of developing, updating and ensuring procedure manuals for judges and clerks are current. The judicial resources include civil, domestic relations, criminal, municipal, probate and traffic bench books or bench cards. The clerk resources include civil, criminal, probate, municipal and traffic, jury, and accounting case processing procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing legislation, Supreme Court Rules and Court Operating Rules for their impact on the judiciary. 

 

Applicants must possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of court case management software, court management and general rules and regulations of the judicial system. Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills are required. A working knowledge of the Missouri eFiling system is preferred but not required.

 

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or court management and three years of professional experience in a related field.

 

Starting annual salary is $43,488. Application and college transcript both are required.
