Court Services Principal Management Analyst I

The Office of State Courts Administrator is recruiting for a Principal Management Analyst I to work in the Court Business Services Division. The analyst will provide oversight and assistance to the Supervisor on all team projects and participate in developing, updating and ensuring procedure manuals for judges and clerks are current. The judicial resources used by judges include bench books or bench cards in the areas of civil, domestic relations, criminal, municipal, probate and traffic. The clerk resource manuals include civil, criminal, probate, municipal and traffic, jury, and accounting case processing procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing legislation, Supreme Court Rules and Court Operating Rules for their impact on judicial resources. In addition to resources, the successful candidate will be assisting with the upgrade of the statewide jury management system. Some travel required.  

Applicants must possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of court case management software, including jury management software, court management and general rules and regulations of the judicial system. Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical skills are required. A working knowledge of the Missouri eFiling system is preferred but not required.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or court management and three years of professional experience in a related field.

Starting annual salary is $44,352. Application and college transcript both are required.
