Principal Customer Support Technician

The Office of State Courts Administrator has a Principal Customer Support Technician position available with our help desk. This position fields incoming inquiries from the judiciary and public end users and applies troubleshooting techniques and research skills to provide information and solutions to solve complex issues. This position also serves as back-up for the supervisor during periods of absence and assists in the training and mentorship of employees.


Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to multi-task is necessary. Advanced knowledge of the operation of help desk ticketing system for accelerated response to active tickets is preferred.


Minimum qualifications: Associate’s degree with at least 15 semester hours in computer science, computer information systems or closely related areas and three years of experience in customer support.
