Regional Informational Sessions


 

 OSCA is hosting in-person Show-Me Courts Informational Sessions in five regions. A one-day municipal specific session also is scheduled. You may attend as many or as few of the sessions as you find relevant to your position. Topics will include resources, accounting, municipal/traffic, criminal, civil/domestic relations, probate, and treatment court/juvenile. Information covered will include:

  • Review of existing and new SMC functionality (including demonstrations)
  • Creating and maintaining payment plans and the impact with collection programs (debt collection, tax offset, delinquent jail bill)
  • Updates about pending system resolutions and modifications
  • Discussions relating to the most frequently asked questions (submit via instructions below)
  • Open discussions to cover SMC questions
