In re: Kevin David Posch, MBE No. 63643
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, Kevin David Posch, pled guilty to the class C felony of endangering the welfare of a child in violation of §568.045 RSMo. in State v. Posch, Cape Girardeau County Circuit Court Case No. 14CG-CR00811-01, and said conviction was final;
This Court issued as show cause order to Respondent on September 15, 2015, and Respondent filed a response to the same;
The Court thereafter issued an order of interim suspension and referred said cause to the advisory committee pursuant to the order of the Court issued on December 22, 2015;
A hearing was held before a disciplinary hearing panel and the decision of the disciplinary hearing panel was filed in this cause pursuant to the previous order of the Court.
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that Kevin David Posch is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that Kevin David Posch, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
