Note: Mr. Hardy's probation was terminated by Court order dated July 31, 2017.
 
 
Now at this day, having fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement, after discipline, to practice law in the State of Missouri, and having considered the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of David A. Hardy is hereby approved and that said David A. Hardy is hereby reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing.

Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be as set forth in the attachment to the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein and those conditions set forth in Rule 5.225.
 
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
