ORDER
 
WHEREAS, Respondent was suspended on an interim basis by order of this Court dated July 17, 2013, in SC93534; and

WHEREAS, the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21 (e) advising this Court that Respondent pleaded guilty to one count of violation of 18 U.S.C. § 875(c) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Eastern Division, in Case No. 4:13CR00269-HEA, and said conviction is now final;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Ryan Leonard Walsh is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name is stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that Ryan Leonard Walsh comply in all respects with 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
