ORDER

Now on this 17th day of July, 2013, this Court having reviewed the information for interim suspension pleaded in the alternative under the provisions of Rules 5.23
and 5.24 filed herein on the 5th day of July, 2013, and finding that there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent is unable to competently represent the interests of Respondent’s clients, and further finding that Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law pursuant to the provisions of Rule 5.24. Said suspension to remain in place until further order of this Court.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
