ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed an information and motion for final order of discipline advising this Court that Respondent, James I. Crabtree, has pleaded guilty to one count of violating 18 U.S.C. Section 242 and one count of violating 18 U.S.C. Section 1001 in United States v. James Isaac Crabtree, Case No. 4:22-CR-0219-SRC(1), in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri; and this Court having considered said information; and

Respondent having been previously suspended from the practice of law on an interim basis by order of this Court dated March 7, 2023, in SC99937;

This Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined.

It is ordered by this Court that Respondent, James I. Crabtree, is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this state.

It is further ordered that Respondent comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 – Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(k) in the amount of $2,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund taxed to Respondent.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
