Twice a year, all circuit court judges, associate circuit court judges, commissioners, and senior judges shall complete and submit a survey of cases under advisement 90 days or more. The surveys shall be completed on the form approved by this Court and distributed by the Office of State Courts Administrator. Judges and commissioners shall submit the surveys to the Office of State Courts Administrator on or before July 31 for cases under advisement 90 days or more as of June 30 and on or before January 31 for cases under advisement 90 days or more as of December 31. Judges or commissioners who do not have any cases under advisement 90 days or more still must complete and submit a survey form so indicating by the specified due dates. Judges and commissioners still must report cases that have been under advisement 90 days or more as of June 30 or December 31 but are resolved prior to the survey’s specified due date. Judges and commissioners shall continue to report cases that previously have been reported on a survey form but remain under advisement during subsequent reporting periods.
