The surveys of cases under advisement are confidential judicial records. The Office of State Courts Administrator shall provide each presiding judge with all surveys submitted by the circuit’s judges and commissioners as well as the circuit’s aggregate survey results. The Office of State Courts Administrator shall provide the aggregate statewide survey results to the clerk of this Court and the Commission on Retirement, Removal and Discipline. The Office of State Courts Administrator shall provide any surveys identifying one or more cases under advisement 90 days or more to the appropriate disciplinary authority.
