NOTE: On November 21, 2006, the Supreme Court issued an order suspending Mr. Woodley from the practice of law with no leave to apply for reinstatement for at least 18 months. The November 21 order also lifted this April 14 order for interim suspension.

ORDER FOR INTERIM SUSPENSION AND APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE


On April 11, 2006, an information for interim suspension and appointment of trustee under Rule 5.24 was filed.  On April 12, 2006, a supplemental information for interim suspension pleaded in the alternative under Rules 5.23 and 5.24, was filed.  After reviewing the information and supplemental information, this Court finds there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct or is unable to competently represent the interests of his clients and finds there is evidence that Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public.  It is hereby ordered, pursuant to Rule 5.24, that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law until further order of this Court.

The Court appoints Melanie Weaver, as trustee.  The trustee shall perform the duties and responsibilities as set out in Rule 5.26.
