In re: Larry Michael Bauer, MBE No. 28835

ORDER

The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Larry Michael Bauer, was found guilty of four counts of violation of Title 18 U.S.C. Section 2252A(a)(5)(B) (possession of child pornography) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, in United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Larry Bauer, Defendant, Case No. 4:09CR549CAS and that Respondent’s conviction is finally disposed for the purposes of Rule 5.21(c);

Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law in this State on an interim basis by order of the Court dated June 8, 2010, in SC90879; and

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Larry Michael Bauer, be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Larry Michael Bauer, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
