Note: Stephen B. Evans was disbarred by order of this Court August 6, 2013.

ORDER

Now on this 9th day of March, 2012, this Court having reviewed the information filed herein on the 9th day of March, 2012, and finding that there is probable cause to believe that the Respondent has committed professional misconduct and that the Respondent poses a substantial threat of irreparable harm to the public, it is hereby ordered that Respondent is suspended on an interim basis from the practice of law. Said suspension is to remain in place until further order of the Court.

The Court further directs the Chief Disciplinary Counsel to seek the appointment of a trustee pursuant to Rule 5.26.
