Supreme Court Case No. SC90983

In re: Mindy J. Morse, MBE No. 41258

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court having previously issued an order on January 25, 2011, suspending Respondent from the practice of law with a stay of said suspension and placing the Respondent on probation; and

Informant having filed a motion for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked on July 25, 2012; and

This Court having issued a show cause order to Respondent on July 25, 2012; and Respondent having failed to file a response to the show cause order;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated the terms of probation by her violation of Rules 5.225(b), 4-8.1, and 4-1.3, of the Rules of Professional Conduct.

Now, therefore, Mindy J. Morse’s probation is revoked, the stay previously issued is vacated, and the sanction specified in this Court’s January 25, 2011, order is imposed.

Pursuant to the order of January 25, 2011, Respondent was ordered to pay a fee pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) in the amount of $1,000.00 payable to the Clerk of this Court to the credit of the Advisory Committee Fund. Respondent has not paid the same and that amount remains due from Respondent.

Respondent, Mindy J. Morse, is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state, and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of twelve months from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Mindy J. Morse comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
