NOTE: By order dated December 24, 2013, the Court revoked Wilson's probation and suspended his license.
ORDER
Now at this day, the Court being sufficiently advised of and concerning the premises, the Court finds that Respondent pled guilty to a felony in violation of §568.045 RSMo. in Buchanan County Circuit Court Case No. 11BU-CR00811-01 and should be disciplined; and
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Ryan G. Wilson, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of one year from the date of this order. Said suspension is stayed and Respondent is placed on probation for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation shall be those contained within Rule 5.225 and the terms of probation attached hereto.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
