Supreme Court Case No. SC92843

In re: Ryan G. Wilson, MBE #56658

ORDER

Now at this day, the Court having previously issued an order on October 18, 2012, suspending Respondent from the practice of law for one year with a stay of said suspension and placing the Respondent on probation for one year; and

Informant having filed a motion on September 13, 2013, for order to show cause why probation should not be revoked; and

This Court issued a show cause order to Respondent on September 13, 2013. Respondent filed a response to the show cause order on September 30, 2013;

The Court finds that Respondent has violated condition 5.225(b)(1) as the attorney has again violated the Rules of Professional Conduct while on probation by entering a plea of guilty on August 28, 2013, to a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated in violation of Section 577.010 RSMo. Said conviction is a violation of Rule 4-8.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct and, therefore, a violation of his probation under Rule 5.225(b)(1).

Now, therefore, Ryan G. Wilson’s probation is revoked, the stay previously issued is vacated, and the sanction specified in this Court’s October 18, 2012, order is imposed.

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated October 18, 2012, Respondent, Ryan G. Wilson is hereby suspended from the practice of law in this state and no application for reinstatement shall be entertained by this Court for a period of one year from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that Ryan G. Wilson comply in all respects with Rule 5.27-Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
