Note: Patrick Beeman was disbarred by Supreme Court order dated Nov. 9, 2007.
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information informing the Court that Respondent, Patrick D. Beeman, has pled guilty to one count of violation of Title 18 U.S.C. Section 1341 and Section 1346 (mail fraud) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, in United States of America, Plaintiff, vs. Patrick D. Beeman, Defendant, Case No. 4:07-CR-00133-HFS and the Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) was issued by this Court on May 11, 2007, and Respondent filed no response to the same.
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Patrick D. Beeman, be, and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct which resulted in said conviction.
It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when the disposition of any appeal shall have become final.
It is further ordered that Patrick D. Beeman, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
