ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information informing the Court that Respondent Eric S. Affholter’s conviction of one felony count for violation of 8 U.S.C. Section 1325(c) in Case No. 4:07CR00392CDP entitled United States of America v. Eric Affholter and Pedro Cerna-Rojas, Defendants, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, is now final; and
Respondent was suspended on an interim basis by order of this Court on September 21, 2007, in Cause No. SC88745;
This Court does find that Respondent has violated the Rules of Professional Conduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, Eric S. Affholter, is hereby suspended from the practice of law and that no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of two years from the date of this order.
It is further ordered that Eric S. Affholter, comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of clients and counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
Respondent’s motion for hearing is overruled.
