Note: Howard David Shaver's probation terminated December 22, 2008 by order of the Court.
ORDER
Now at this day, having seen and fully considered Petitioner’s application for reinstatement to practice law in the State of Missouri, and the report and recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel and Petitioner’s response regarding the same, the Court doth order and adjudge that said application of Howard David Shaver be, and the same is hereby approved and that said Howard David Shaver be, and he is hereby reinstated to practice law in the State of Missouri as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing and Petitioner is hereby placed on probation pursuant to Rule 5.225 for a period of one year from the date of this order. The terms of probation are set forth in Rule 5.225 and in the document attached to the recommendation to the Court filed by the Chief Disciplinary Counsel on November 20, 2007, in the above-entitled cause.
Costs taxed to Petitioner.
