ORDER
The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent, Nathan DeMille Cooper, pled guilty to one felony count of violation of Title 18 U.S.C. sections 1546(a) and 2 and one felony count of violation of Title 18 U.S.C. sections 1001 and 2 in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in Case No. 4:07CR00462JCH entitled United States of America, Plaintiff v. Nathan Cooper, Defendant, and that Respondent’s conviction is finally disposed for the purposes of Rule 5.21(c);
Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law in this State on an interim basis by order of the Court dated August 17, 2007, in SC88729.
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Nathan DeMille Cooper be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that the said Nathan DeMille Cooper, comply in all respects with 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
