ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for interim suspension informing the Court that Respondent, Richard F. Turner, pled guilty to violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and 26 U.S.C. §7206(1) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in case no. 14-00336-01-CR-W-DGK entitled United States of America, Plaintiff vs. Richard F. Turner, Defendant, and the Court having considered the said information; and
An order to show cause why Respondent should not be suspended from the practice of law pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 5.21(a) was issued by this Court on December 3, 2014, and Respondent filed a response to the same;
It is ordered that Respondent, Richard F. Turner, be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law pending the final disposition of any disciplinary proceeding based upon such conviction or misconduct that resulted in said convictions.
It is further ordered that Respondent immediately advise this Court when disposition of any appeal shall become final.
It is further ordered that Richard F. Turner comply in all respect with Rule 5.27- Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
