ORDER


The Chief Disciplinary Counsel having filed a motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) advising this Court of its finding, after investigation, that Respondent pled guilty to violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343 and 26 U.S.C. §7206(1) in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri in case no. 14-00336-01-CR-W-DGK entitled United States of America, Plaintiff vs. Richard F. Turner, Defendant. and that Respondent’s convictions are finally disposed for the purposes of Rule 5.21(c);

Respondent having previously been suspended from the practice of law in this State on an interim basis by order of the Court dated January 15, 2015, in SC94631;

The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the said Richard F. Turner, be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.

It is further ordered that the said Richard F. Turner comply in all respects with 5.27 – Procedure following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
