In re: Martin T. Sigilito, MBE # 26353
Note: Mr. Sigilito's law license was placed on an interim suspension by Court order dated August 10, 2012.
ORDER
WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed an information and motion for final discipline pursuant to Rule 5.21(c) informing the Court that Respondent, Martin T. Sigillito, has been found guilty of twenty felonies in Case No. 11-CR-168-LRR, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and said convictions are now final;
The Court finds that Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;
Now, therefore, it is ordered by the Court that the Martin T. Sigillito be, and he is hereby disbarred, that his right and license to practice law in the State of Missouri is canceled and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys in this State.
It is further ordered that Martin T. Sigillito, comply in all respects with Rule 5.27- Procedure Following a Disbarment or Suspension Order.
Costs taxed to Respondent.
