Previously subject to default disbarment by Court order dated March 11, 2009

and suspension by Court order dated July 21, 2008  

Probation terminated by order dated February 7, 2018.    

ORDER

Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement after discipline is sustained, and Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of three years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are attached to this order. It is ordered that Petitioner is reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing subject to the three year probation period.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
