ORDER

WHEREAS, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel has filed a stipulation of partial acceptance and proposed amendment and the decision of the Disciplinary Hearing Panel by leave of Court advising that Respondent violated Rules 4-1.4, 4-3.5, 4-4.1, 4-5.1(b), 4-5.1(c), 4-8.4(c), 4-8.4(d) and 4-8.4(e) of the Rules of Professional Conduct; and

The Court finds Respondent is guilty of professional misconduct and should be disciplined;

Now, Therefore, it is ordered that Respondent, David Dalton, be, and he is hereby, suspended from the practice of law in this state, and no petition for reinstatement will be entertained for a period of one year from the date of this order.

It is further ordered that David Dalton comply in all respect with Rule 5.27 - Notification of Clients and Counsel.

Fee of $1,000.00 pursuant to Rule 5.19(h) assessed against Respondent payable to the Clerk of this Court for the benefit of the Advisory Committee Fund.

Costs taxed to Respondent.
