ORDER

Petitioner’s petition for reinstatement after discipline is sustained, and Petitioner is hereby placed on probation for a period of three years from the date of this order. The terms of probation are attached to the recommendation of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed herein. An additional term of probation is also ordered. Petitioner shall provide Shawn Boykin proof of malpractice insurance in writing within thirty days of the date of this order. The Chief Disciplinary Counsel shall be provided a copy of that letter. It is ordered that Petitioner is reinstated as a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing subject to the three year probation period.

Costs taxed to Petitioner.
