- Appellate road show:
- The Eastern District appeals court is scheduled to hear oral arguments June 8 at Friendship Village in Chesterfield. It previously heard arguments May 12 at its original home at the Old Courthouse in St. Louis and May 20 at the 1908 Historic Courthouse in Jackson.

- The governor on May 15 appointed Knox County prosecutor Andrew Boster to fill the associate circuit judge vacancy in Knox County created by the resignation of Judge Thomas Redington and Cabool attorney Brian Ellsworth to fill the associate circuit judge vacancy in Texas County created by the resignation of Judge Brad Eidson.
- Judicial vacancies:
- Applications are due July 14 for the Long associate circuit judge vacancy in Jackson County.
- The 21st circuit commission on May 22 released demographic, interviewee, and meeting information for the Green associate circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis County.
- The 6th circuit commission on May 4 nominated Jesse Sendejas, Abe "Quint" Shafer V, and Blake Sherer for the Benton circuit judge vacancy in Platte County.
- The 22nd circuit commission on April 22 nominated Nathan Arunski, Nathaniel Diekman, and Michael Walton for the Dierker associate circuit judge vacancy in St. Louis.
- The Appellate Judicial Commission on April 21 nominated Judge Joshua Christensen, Judge Joseph Hensley, and Commissioner Amy Westermann for the Burrell vacancy on the Southern District appeals court.
