Rule 6. Pro Se Briefs
In any case where a party is represented by counsel, the clerk shall not, without leave of this court, accept for filing any pro se briefs, pleadings or other papers. In the event that such briefs, pleadings or other papers are presented for filing but are not filed, the clerk shall acknowledge receipt and notify the party that such papers are not being filed. The clerk shall also notify the responsible attorney of the receipt of the briefs, pleadings or other papers. The restriction herein prescribed shall not apply to pro se pleadings or papers constituting a request to the court concerning counsel.(Adopted Jan. 18, 1982, effective April 1, 1982.)
