Rule 14. Attorney’s Fees on Appeal
Any party claiming an amount due for attorney’s fees on appeal pursuant to contract, statute or otherwise must file a motion containing such request before submission of the cause. This shall not apply to claims for damages under Rule 55.03 or Rule 84.19. Claims for attorney’s fees under RSMo. §452.355 shall be filed in the court with the authority to determine same. Nothing in this rule shall be construed to prevent this Court from remanding the case to the trial court to determine the amount of attorney’s fees, if any, to be awarded.
