(A) Record on Appeal. In all appeals from actions for termination of parental rights or adoption, the transcript shall be ordered from the court reporter within ten days of the filing of the notice of appeal and the record on appeal shall be filed with this court within 30 days of the filing of the notice of appeal. In all other appeals from actions, including guardianships, where the appellant anticipates raising an issue as to a provision in a judgment or order affecting custody of a child, the transcript shall be ordered from the court reporter within ten days of the filing of the notice of appeal and the record on appeal shall be filed with this court within 60 days of the filing of the notice of appeal.
(B) Appellant's Brief. The Appellant's brief shall be filed within 30 days after the filing of the record on appeal.
(C) Respondent's Brief. The Respondent's brief shall be filed within 30 days after the filing of the Appellant's brief.
(D) Reply Brief. Any reply brief shall be filed within 15 days of the filing of the Respondent's brief.
(E) Guardian Ad Litem's Brief. A guardian ad litem who is not an appellant and who desires to file a brief shall file such brief within the time allowed for the Respondent's brief.
(F) Extensions of Time for Filing Record on Appeal or Briefs. No extension of time exceeding 30 days shall be given for the filing of the record on appeal. No extension shall exceed 30 days for the filing of an appellant's brief, 15 days for the filing of a respondent's brief, or 10 days for the filing of a reply brief
(G) Dismissal of Appeal. Any appeal may be dismissed for the failure to file a record on appeal or Appellant's brief within the required time.
