In accordance with Supreme Court Operating Rule 22.01, any division opinion that chooses not to follow a previous decision of a Missouri appellate court shall be reviewed en banc. This court shall either (1) rehear the case en banc or (2) enter an order stating that ‘this opinion has been reviewed and approved by order of the court en banc.’ A copy of the order, signed by the chief judge, shall be placed in the case file.
