In a cross-appeal pursuant to Rule 84.04(i), the plaintiff in the court below shall be deemed the appellant for purposes of briefing unless the parties otherwise agree or the court otherwise orders. If the parties agree otherwise, written notice shall be provided to the court prior to the filing of the appellant’s brief.
