Rule 42. Records in Appeals from the Missouri Public Service Commission
1. In any appeal taken pursuant to the provisions of Section 386.510 RSMo, the record on appeal shall consist of two parts:
- (a) a paper version which shall consist of the following: (i) an index of the documents filed in the Public Service Commission (Commission) proceeding; (ii) a complete transcript of the oral testimony given by witnesses in the Commission proceeding; and (iii) an index of all exhibits submitted in the Commission proceeding
- (b) an electronic version which shall consist of a complete compilation of the documents, transcripts and exhibits in the Commission proceeding
2. To the extent feasible, all documents that are allowed to be filed under seal by this Court shall be submitted together in a separate volume of legal file.
