Rule 10. Notice by Appellant to Clerk of Court

A party or the attorney of record shall notify the Clerk of the Court in writing of any ruling by a trial court or other event that occurred subsequent to the filing of the Notice of Appeal affecting the pending appeal that includes events affecting the time for filing the transcript on appeal, bail bond status of a criminal defendant, death of a party, the filing of bankruptcy by a party or any other event that affects the pending appeal. Such notice shall be mailed to the Clerk of this Court within five (5) days of the action or ruling in question with a copy to opposing counsel.
