When an appeal is filed, the Clerk shall notify the attorney who appears of record that he or she is the responsible attorney. If the attorney of record is a firm, the individual signing for the firm shall be designated as the responsible attorney. All notices will be furnished only to the responsible attorney. A different responsible attorney will be designated only on written request.
